A bold, industrial façade sets the tone for the deeply considered finishes and quality fittings within. Terrace House is all about expressing individuality, with a choice of one, two and three bedroom options across 18 individual designs, many with second level lofts with views over the St Charles Seminary to the north and beyond to the Swan River.
Surrounded by excellent transport, walk and cycle ways and curious shopping treasures, Terrace House represents an inimitable lifestyle in an iconic building worthy of rubbing shoulders with the likes of the famous Guildford Hotel.
Situated at the base of Terrace House is Willing Coffee which, after opening in 2018, quickly established itself as one of Perth’s top coffee destinations (Broadsheet named it best new coffee bar in 2018 year in review).
The espresso bar was inspired by family-run coffee shops established in 1950s Italy. Couples laugh on cosy tables, cyclists sip espressos on bar stools reading finance journals, golden retrievers greet passers-by on the street out front. We imagined a place where people could feel at home, with visitors welcomed by a playful blend of curved lines, stainless steel, marble, mirrors and cycling memorabilia.
