Klopper & Davis Architects is a boutique architectural and interior design studio led by Sam Klopper and Matt Davis.
The practice started in 2004 with a series of medium to large scale residential projects and has grown to include commercial, hotel, retail and multi-residential projects, as well as their specialty, single residential housing. Each project is designed specifically for their clients and is much a collaboration as a design consultancy.
Sam and Matt work collaboratively during the entire design process, with significant input into both the design and the outcome, a structure which ensures the seamless and consistent design and delivery of their projects. Klopper & Davis believe in celebrating warm, welcoming, and liveable buildings with their designs focused on passive solar principles which create natural and honest living spaces both inside and out.
REALMstudios are master planners, urban designers and landscape architects with studios in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Hobart and Brisbane.
They operate through a design lens, from strategic and advisory through to detailed documentation for external works. At a project level their focus is on the multidisciplinary field of ‘City Making & Liveabilty’ where they are guided by their core values that entwine urban ecology with community and place – making better places to live in, into the future.
Their process involves explorative readings of place, infusing research from a broader platform of knowledge, then synthesis through the creative act of design, with outcomes reflecting their unique sets of skills, focus, framework and values.
