The focus at Willing is on the finest coffee, brewed to exacting standards; each shot is weighed and timed for the perfect pour every time. For milk-based coffee Willing roast their own beans and offer a choice of single origins for espresso. The coffee shop features a changing line up of local and international roasters, including the likes of Sey Coffee, Passenger Coffee, Tim Wendelboe, and Market Lane (just to name a few!) with two filter coffees on rotation every day. The retail shelf is stocked with beans for you to take home, fresh bakes, and an array of brewing accessories.
