To be led by Construction Director Dayne Willing – brother of Willing founder Tim Willing – and General Manager Simon Greenlaw, the company was set up to eliminate the need for Willing to contract third party builders.

Streamlining Construction Processes

By assuming both the builder and client roles, the company can ensure better control over project quality, timing, and cost. Willing Build’s integration with Willing Property’s overall vision of high-quality, elegant developments brings more transparency, cost efficiency, and timely completion. By leveraging established relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, Willing bypasses the traditional tender process, offering transparent pricing and scheduling. These trusted connections fostered over the years provide peace of mind to Willing and its buyers, guaranteeing exceptional workmanship on all projects.

Exciting Developments Transforming the Cityscape

Willing has recently received development approval for an exciting eight-story, $10.5 million apartment project on West Parade in Mount Lawley. This development showcases the company’s commitment to creating modern living spaces in sought-after locations. Furthermore, work is already underway for a $40.5 million apartment and townhouse development on Field Street in Mount Lawley, demonstrating Willing Property’s dedication to meeting the evolving housing needs of the community. In addition to these projects, plans are in motion for a five-story apartment complex on Adair Parade in Coolbinia.

Building Homes for a Better Future

Willing will also deliver housing for Sana Living, a disability services housing provider.

The expansion of Willing, comprised of existing residential property developments, hospitality venues such as Willing Coffee and Bar Vino, and the recent addition of Willing Build, is set to make a positive impact in meeting the needs of residents and contribute to the overall development of local communities.
