Willing Coffee – Mt Lawley

‘Coffee by day, wine by night’, Willing Coffee Mt Lawley shares a space with wine bar, Bar Vino. By day Willing Coffee brew an ever changing selection of beans from around the world alongside our signature house blend. By night the venue becomes Bar Vino – a place to gather, for a glass of wine on your way home or to settle in and relax for the evening.

The focus at Willing is on the finest coffee, brewed to exacting standards; every shot is weighed and timed for the perfect pour every time. For milk-based coffee we roast our own beans and offer a choice of single origins for espresso. Three filter coffees are on rotation each day, featuring roasters from all around the world, including some of our favourite international roasters like Sey Coffee, Passenger Coffee and Tim Wendelboe. The retail shelf is stocked with beans for you to take home, fresh loaves from Bread in Common, and an array of brewing accessories.

The cafe serves superb croissants, baked in house daily, as well as house made granola and pastries, with a full breakfast menu available Friday to Sunday.
